Our Hiring Process
We put a lot of thought into the community we build in our salons and have developed a process for growing our team. Below is what to expect when you apply:
Apply Online
Applying via our online application keeps your submission in the right place and insures the right people see it and can review it.
In-Person Interview
After our hiring review your application, we’ll invite you for an in-person interview so we can chat about your goals, what we offer, and let you tour the salon location that best suits you.
Shadow Day
Upon a successful interview, candidates come back to shadow a partial day. This gives you the chance to see the salon functioning in real time and gives you the opportunity to meet the team and ask questions beyond speaking to only our leadership team. As much as we choose you, we want you best informed to choose us.
Offer
When you’re selected to join our team, you’ll be added to our roster, team communication channels, and giving all the employment documentation and benefits guide needed to get started.
